Kanye West, Jay-Z and Rihanna rang in the New Year in Las Vegas.  Jay-Z was joined by Kanye, Beyonce and Coldplay for a special live performance to celebrate the opening of the Cosmopolitan Marquee Hotel.  Kanye revealed some information about his upcoming album with Jay-Z.

"Watch the Throne coming in one week,” declared Kanye West after performing with Jay-Z for the grand opening of Marquee nightclub at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas on New Years Eve. Kanye's latest revelation surrounding the project may have sounded a bit optimistic but it’s a safe bet to excite fans of both rappers.
According to Kanye a few songs from his album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy gave fans a taste of what's to come from Watch The Throne.

“We had done five [songs] so far, but then a few of them kind of were out there, and I put them on my album” said Kanye. “Sorry, Jay. But we got some more, and we’re going to the South of France at the end of the month to just record new ideas. But we’ll probably be done with the album in a day.” [MTV]

CHRIS BROWN SPOOFS RICKY ROMANCE DEATH THREAT YOUTUBE VIDEO

Chris Brown seems to have forgotten to make a New Years Eve resolution to let things go and make a fresh start with his life. The R&B singer is continuing his Raz B twitter beef.  CBreezy posted a spoof  response video to Raz B’s brother Ricky Romance after Ricky posted a death threat online.  Doesn’t Chris know that you don’t make fun of gansters who threaten to point a gun at you and pull the trigger? Chris should consider this a life lesson in  how to survive in the hood.  Raz B  claimed that everything was alright now during an interview at Millions of Milkshakes.  Raz B says he has forgiven Chris Brown for his Twitter comments but it seems this saga is going to continue into round 3. Ricky Romance didn’t give a formal apology for threatening to blow Chris away if he sets foot in L.A.  Don’t you think that Ricky Romance needs to take some anger management classes too?

KIM KARDASHIAN PREMIERES SONG “TURN IT UP” AT TAO LAS VEGAS NEW YEAR’S PARTY – LISTEN NOW!

Kim Kardashian is now a singer.  The reality tv star debuted her new single “Turn it Up” produced by the Dream at TAO Las Vegas.

Kim K  hosted a New Year’s Eve party and gave her fans an exclusive first listen to the song and stills from her upcoming music video.  Kim  also debuted a new hairstyle with Bo Derek cornrows and braids.

Kim is definitely the new Paris Hilton.  First she released the sex tape, then starred in a hit reality show and is now launching her music career.  Jlo had better watch out because Kim Kardashian has gone straight to the top.  Let’s hope Kim’s music career does better than Paris Hilton’s first week album sales.

Kim Kardashian Premieres New Song “Turn It Up” at TAO Nightclub Las Vegas

Kim Kardashian is sporting a new look and it’s reportedly for her new music video.

The reality star tweeted on New Year’s Eve: “2011 is all about trying new things and going for it! I’m starting mine with something fun and crazy!” She then tweeted two photos of herself, one of her sporting a new ‘do. She captioned the pic, writing: “Rockin’ my Bo Derek braids!”

She later posted a pic of herself on a TV screen and captioned that photo with lyrics from Notorious B.I.G.‘s song “Crush On You” that read: “I know u c me on the video…TRUE! I know you’ll hear me on the radio…”

Kim spent her New Year’s Eve at Tao Las Vegas. She tweeted: “Dancing the night away at @TaoLasVegas HAPPY NEW YEAR!” [ET]
