MINORITY REPORT: PENELOPE CRUZ EXPECTING

After months of speculation, a rep for Penelope Cruz has revealed that the actress is in fact expecting.

"Penelope is 4½-months pregnant," reps for Cruz and husband Javier Bardem confirm to People.com.

Recent photos of Cruz sporting a baby bump on the set of her upcoming movie, "Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides," added fuel to the rumor mill that the Academy Award winning actress has a baby on board.

Cruz, 36, quietly tied the knot with Spanish actor Javier Bardem, 41, in the Bahamas two months ago. The two first met on the set of their 1992 film "Jamon, Jamon."
