Actress Lindsay Lohan may be leaving a court ordered stint in rehab. Lilo’s mom, Dina Lohan, mentioned during an interview with Today show host Matt Lauer that his daughter may be released early. Lindsay has already spent two weeks in rehab. This is the fourth time the Mean Girls actress has be forced to have an extended stay in a  facility to treat her substance abuse problems.

Lindsay Lohan’s court-ordered 90-day stint in a rehabilitation facility may be coming to an end sooner than anyone expected.

In an interview with RadarOnline.com, Danette Meyers, the prosecutor in Lohan’s case, said that the staff at the UCLA Medical Center where the actress is being treated are considering recommending that she be released early from the facility.

“My understanding from conversations with [Lohan's attorney] Shawn Chapman Holley is that Miss Lohan could be released early,” Meyers said. “It is looking as if that is what the health-care professionals are going to recommend. … How much earlier she could me released, I’m unsure of at this point.”

The Associated Press reported that Lohan could be released as early as Friday (August 13), citing a spokesperson at the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office who said that the actress’ program might be “modified,” meaning that she could switch from an in-patient program to an out-patient program.

Lohan checked into the rehab center on August 2, after serving 13 days of a three-month sentence in Los Angeles county jail. She was originally set to begin her program at the Morningside Recovery center in Newport Beach, California, but the judge in her case, Marsha Revel, ordered a last-minute switch to the UCLA facility for what were described as security reasons. (Earlier this week Revel removed herself from the case.)

And though Revel ordered Lohan to complete a 90-day stint at the treatment center, Meyers said that the District Attorney’s office will follow the recommendation of the UCLA staff.

“I will follow what the health care professionals advise,” Meyers told Radar. “That could involve follow-up treatment for Miss Lohan, however, it is my understanding that it is looking like the health care professionals will be recommending that she be released earlier than the 90 days Judge Revel previously ordered.” [NYDN] [MTV]

FANTASIA BARRINO RELEASED FROM HOSPITAL AFTER SEXTAPE SCANDAL SUICIDE ATTEMPT

The American Idol winner attempted to commit suicide a day after her daughter’s birthday by taking a mixture of sleeping pills and aspirin.  It is so sad that this happened and even sadder that Fantasia tried to kill herself shortly after her 9 year old daughter’s birthday celebration. Now the young child will never forget the day it happened.  Now Fantasia’s father is speaking out and saying she will be fine. Has anyone heard anything before about her father, Joseph Barrino, being in her life?

A North Carolina police report reveals that American Idol winner Fantasia Barrino attempted to commit suicide by taking an overdose of sleeping tablets and aspirin.

The 26-year-old was taken to hospital after she was found slumped in her closet at home in North Carolina on Monday night.

Classified as an 801 suicide attempt by North Carolina police, the report stated: ‘The victim was transported to CMC-Pineville after ingesting medication.’

Fantasia’s father, Joseph Barrino spoke about his daughter’s overdose from his home in Greensboro, North Carolina.

‘She’s doing fine,’ he told Radaronline.

Fantasia’s spokesman, who called police, said: ‘She was dehydrated and exhausted at the time.

‘Fantasia is stable now. She will be released from the hospital soon.’

The overdose came after the performer was named in a divorce petition following an 11-month relationship with a married man.

Paula Cook alleged that Fantasia’s relationship with her husband Antwaun ended her marriage, claiming she had intimate video footage of the two together.

Fantasia denied parts of Cook’s allegations, saying she was not responsible for ending the marriage.

After photos emerged of her with Cook, her spokesman Brian Dickens said Fantasia was ‘heartbroken and is sorry for any pain she may have caused’.

Speaking after her overdose he said she was ‘overwhelmed with the lawsuit and the media attention’.

In a statement he added: ‘Fantasia has always been an open book. Honesty, self-respect, and personal responsibility are values she wears proudly.

‘Fantasia believed Mr Cook when he told her he was not happy in his marriage and his heart was not in it.

‘She believed him when he told her he and Mrs Cook separated in the late summer of 2009. She believed Mr Cook when he told her he lived elsewhere.’ [SOURCE]

Do you think it would have been easier for Fishburne if he did a better job raising his daughter?  Then he wouldn’t have to worry about her NSFW pornos, STD’s and booty marks. Did you notice in the E! video how she confesses to losing her virginity at 16 and they zoomed into a photo of her with what looked like herpes coldsores on her lips? Gross, especially after everyone sees Montana’s leopard spots in the “Oh It’s shaved” musc video.

Jamie Foxx dissed 18 year old Montana big time on his Foxxhole radio show.

Montana has a messy past including a prostitution arrest and charges for beating up a woman. Daymm! This girl is hardcore.

Laurence Fishburne’s 18-year-old daughter is being investigated for allegedly roughing up her boyfriend’s ex, according to E! News.

Montana Fishburne was arrested in February and accused of breaking into the home of the victim, forcing her into a bathroom and beating her repeatedly. She pleaded not guilty to simple battery and false imprisonment. But prosecutors told E! they’re working on additonal charges as well, including assault with a deadly weapon and trespassing.

Montana Fishburne’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, didn’t immediately return ABCNews.com’s requests for comment.

The daughter of the Oscar-nominated Fishburne hasn’t had an easy go of late. Some stars are never completely comfortable shooting sex scenes. The thought of their parents watching them romp onscreen makes some actresses — and actors — downright squeamish.

Amanda Seyfried, Sienna Miller and Eva Mendes have all tried to shield their parents, especially dads, from watching their more intimate scenes. Even some actors, such as “Harry Potter” star Rupert Grint, have called the experience nerve-racking. [ABC]

Fans agree that Kanye West is back, but they can’t seem to agree on how they feel about that. The MC unveiled his latest single, “See Me Now,” on Wednesday, and since then, Kanye followers have being going back and forth about whether the track is on fire or a fail.

The song, which features soulful contributions from Beyoncé and Charlie Wilson, is expected to appear on his upcoming untitled album, but, for many, the song takes things back to the MC’s debut, College Dropout.

“Wow, it reminds me of College Dropout. Good to hear ‘Ye laugh!” Ezekiel wrote on West’s Kanye UniverseCity blog.

Bryan C.G. agreed: “This totally feel like your Dropout days. I love it.”

Some fans, such as Prolifik, are all about ‘Ye reviving the strings-laden throwback soul that kicked off his recording career. “Amazing! Classic flow, classic beats,” the fan wrote. “I miss that old College Dropout steez! Welcome back, ‘Ye.”

” ‘Ye is back!!!!” Tiffany wrote. “Hip Hop needs you so much!! You’re brilliant.”

While lots of online commenters are feeling the song, some of the MC’s fans aren’t seeing the appeal of “See Me Now.” “This song is hot garbage,” Luis Ariza declared on West’s Facebook page.

The Facebook post announcing the song scored more than 580 “likes” at press time, however, some fans were not on the “See Me Now” bandwagon. “[It's the] first song from Kanye that I have not liked,” Ariza wrote.

“This song needs major work,” Real Talk proclaimed on West’s blog. “I want harder beats and to be able to move my feet.” Chad Jones also chimed in on Facebook: “Not feelin it. Huge Kanye fan and love the evolution in his music but the track is wack. Lyrics are nice but track is wack.” [MTV]
