So Bow Wow has once again made a fool of himself on Twitter. Apparently, he caught feelings when his mom joined Twitter and proceeded to reach out to celebs including @Ciara @Nelly_MO, @SolangeKnowles, @KimKardashian, @iamdiddy, @wyclef, @barondavis and @therealtaraji.
