Lindsay was spotted doing some kickboxing with her sister Ali Lohan at the Women's Fitness Retreat hosted by Muscle Milk Light Beverly Hills on June 11. You can see a fitness trainer trying to explain Lindsay how give one or two kicks when required. Well it’s definitely some positive news happening in her life after quite a long time. You can see her flat stomach and a much happier face now.  I must say well deserved break from alcohol Lindsay.. Keep it up.
