The R&B diva has not confirmed the baby rumors but her bump was huge!  Check out the video of Mariah Carey’s live performance. Doesn’t she look pregnant?! Congrats to Mimi & her hubby Nick Cannon! Her fuller figure has sparked rumours she may be expecting her first baby. And Mariah Carey's appearance on stage this weekend did nothing to silence the wagging tongues. The 40-year-old diva looked positively blooming as she appeared in an unflattering black fairy-style dress, showing off a fuller waist and rounder tummy. She also sported a clinging sequinned number which gave fans a view of her ballooning frame. At one point, she looked tired as she sipped water on stage during the performance at the Barretos Cowboy Festival in Sao Paulo. The star, who is married to actor and presenter Nick Cannon, even managed to add to the mystery herself as she took to her Twitter account following the concert. 'Seriously, I really do love it here, beautiful people inside and out!' she wrote. 'Tonite was tuff (sic) 4 me 4 personal reasons, but U got me thru!L4L.'
