Vanessa Hudgens had a memorable last performance in ‘Rent‘ at The Hollywood Bowl on Sunday, August 8, as she got a tip of $20 from her longtime sweetheart Zac Efron. As Popeater reported, “In the middle of the stage production, Efron got so into Hudgen’s sexy striptease, he got up from his seat to “tip” her $20 during her ‘Out Tonight‘ number. Hudgens, starring as HIV-infected dancer Mimi, grabbed the cash and quickly stuffed it in her to bra.” Well in these days of uncertainty in Hollywood, when relationships don’t last that long, this young couple is setting a nice example for others to follow. Katy Perry recently posed for Guardian UK for a photo-shoot with a different colors of wigs and if there is any celebrity who can pull off any wigs apart from Rihanna then it has to be Katy. She also gave an interview to the Guardian where she talked about her singles, parents, Russel Brand, credibility and much more. Here are some of the highlights from the interview: On fiance Russell Brand: “One of the things that attracted me to him is his brain,” Perry says. “He’s one of the smartest men I’ve met. I feel smarter just standing next to him.” “He knows that I’m young and have friends and a social life, and he was attracted to me. Not, ‘Oh let’s find a version of myself in a female.’ Every once in a while I need to remind him of that and he listens. It’s all about communication. It’s not about taming, because that won’t last. Everyone gets saggy t–s. Not everything stays perfect. We all start to slow down. I think he was ready for change. Lamar a busy basketball player from LA Lakers was also present on the occasion, however Kris Jenner, mom of Kardashians and Jenner sisters was absent from the occasion. Zac Efron can be seen in an upcoming issue of Details Magazine for September 2010, and the shooting for which incidentally took place in a Aviation Warehouse in California. Zac also talked to magazine about his girlfriend, Tom cruise, Shia LaBeouf and poison oak. Here are some of the Highlights from Zac’s Interview:- On girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens: Now might be the time for him to immerse himself in the company of more than one lady friend. “Bathe in pussy?” he [Zac] repeats. “Yeah, everyone tells me that. I think a lot of guys would enjoy that. But I’m not really like that.” I point out that he does not know if he would enjoy this or not, since he has never been famous and single. “Believe me,” he says. “I rack my brain thinking, ‘Why am I not out there playing the field?’ One of my buddies was like, ‘You have no idea what’s going on right now. You’re peaking on Ecstasy and you’re watching TV.’ But it’s not in my heart.” On Shia LaBeouf’s attitude: “I’m so jealous of that,” Zac says of Shia, whom he doesn’t know personally. “Yeah, that’s awesome to not give a sh-. And Shia still pulls it off. That’s so cool. It’s just awesome. It just comes easy to some people.” On Tom Cruise: “You ride motorcycles?” Cruise asked him. Alas, he didn’t. “You wanna learn how?” Cruise invited him out to his house, taught him how a motorcycle engine works, showed him the hangar with his dozens of pristine bikes–including the Triumphs he rode in the Mission: Impossible movies. Efron was allowed to ride a pedigree-less dirt bike. “He made so many great movies,” Efron says of Cruise. “I get the feeling that he works really, really hard. It didn’t come from swagger with him. It came from dedication, hard work. You see it in the way he physicalizes everything. You watch The Last Samurai and that’s him! He’s really doing that.” I ask Efron why he supposes Cruise bothered reaching out to him. “I don’t know,” he says. “I don’t even want to know. It’s just so cool that he gave a shit, the fact that he cared at all. No one else did that.” On contracting poison oak: Zac arrived for the interview sporting a "homeless-urban-ninja look" with a black hoodie pulled over his head and only one arm through the sleeve. He refused to shake hands with the reporter making him wonder if Zac had taken a Howard Hughes-like turn. Thankfully, that's not the case. Zac was suffering from "a bad case of poison oak." Later on in the interview we learn that he contracted the horrible rash on a hiking trip with friends through a California park. "Dude, it's like everywhere. Everywhere. I can't even begin to show you, 'cause you'll get so grossed out. I look like a zombie from Dawn of the Dead."
