ALICIA KEYS BABY GIVES BIRTH TO BABY BOY NAMED EGYPT

Alicia Keys gave birth to a baby boy. The R&B singer welcomed her son, Egypt, with her husband Swizz Beatz. Congrats to the couple!

The musical couple became the proud parents of a baby boy on Thursday, after announcing they were expecting last May. And along with the celebrity babe comes the celebrity baby name–in this case, Egypt Daoud Dean.

Alicia Keys and her producer partner, Swizz Beatz, were married in July and this is their first child together, MTV.com reports. Though Egypt is an unusual choice for a baby name, it’s definitely not the most out-there choice NewsFeed has ever heard (we’re looking at you, Apple Martin). [TIME]

Rihanna‘s new music video for the hit single “Only Girl in the World” is burning up the charts.


Riri spices things up in the vid while serenading her lover that she wants him to make her feel loved.  Rihanna was spotted around NYC rocking her flaming red mane of hair and short shorts for her new duet with Drake called “What’s My Name.” Listen to the remix of the single “What’s my Name” from the album Loud and an update on the new music video.

Rihanna was the only girl in the world people were looking at on the streets of New York this weekend.

The 22-year-old singer filmed the video for her new single, “What’s My Name?,” in front of a crowd of onlookers on the Lower East Side Sunday.

RiRi strutted her stuff in a black and white striped shirt and matching short shorts with orange, blue and yellow piping. In an advertent wardrobe malfunction, the nylons she wore underneath her hot pants showed several inches of control top.

Sporting the same red hair she debuted on the VMAs earlier this month, an orange-nailed Rihanna wore plenty of chunky accessories including giant gold hoops and emerald stone neckalces.

She completed the outfit with a tight black tank and a pair of bright orange socks in vintage lace-up heels.

The singer danced down the street as she mouthed the words to her new song. At one point, she beat some drumsticks against a lamp post, grabbed onto a metal fence and squatted, giving onlookers an eyeful of her behind. [NYDN]
