MILEY CYRUS BIG BANG MUSIC VIDEO + BILLY RAY CYRUS DIVORCE BATTLE OVER MONEY Posted: 03 Nov 2010 11:14 AM PDT Pop star Miley Cyrus is starring in a music video with Gossip Girl actor Kevin Zegers.  Miley’s life at home just got a lot more complicated with her parents divorce. Billy Ray Cyrus and Tish Cyrus are rumored to be fighting over custody of Miley and her earnings.  There are also claims that Tish Cyrus had an affair with rocker Brett Michaels. Miley Cyrus, 17, shows she is continuing to grow up fast with a sexy appearance in a new music video. The star shares a number of romantic moments and yearning looks with her co-star Kevin Zegers in the video for The Big Big Bang – a new song by Cyrus producing partners Rock Mafia. The video flashes between memory, reality and surreality, appearing to show Cyrus as a ghostly former girlfriend who gets into a dramatic car accident. At one point, she appears wearing a see through dress over a white bikini as she strolls along the beach hand in hand with Zegers as they stop to take a photo of themselves. She also wears a mini skirt and a pair of over-the-knee boots in one scene. ‘Rock Mafia is my family and there's nothing that means more than creating with them,’ Cyrus told E! News about her appearance in the video. GUCCI MANE ARRESTED & RELEASED CHARGES DROPPED Posted: 03 Nov 2010 11:01 AM PDT Rapper Gucci Mane was arrested and released after an altercation with the police. The charges against the rapper were later dropped. Mane, real name Radric Davis, was behind the wheel of his white Hummer around 11:30 a.m. driving “at a high rate of speed,” per an off-duty cop. The officer quickly dispatched on-duty officers, who tracked the SUV to a nearby auto body shop, where Mane was involved in a heated argument. When cops attempted to break it up, Mane allegedly struck the other man, whose name was not released. Mane refused to submit to police, according to the incident report, and wound up on the receiving end of some pepper spray. He was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital to be checked out before he was checked in to Fulton County Jail, where he remains with bond set at $2,500. The rapper’s latest brush with the law comes just months after he was he was released from the same exact facility, where he was serving time for a parole violation. It seems he’s pretty familiar with the joint, having been locked up there at least five times since 2005 on drug, assault and weapon charges. Ellen gave the pint sized superstar a neck brace as a gag gift.  Watch Willow start her debut with a bit of Rihanna sprinkled on top if you missed it. Dancing to her song Whip My Hair lends itself to some rather dramatic head movements. But now, Willow Smith has been given something to guard against potential neck injury. The ten-year-old star was yesterday handed a joke neck brace by Ellen DeGeneres as she appeared on her talk show. Because you have such great style, I want to make sure that if you ever do hurt your head, that in style you can wear a neck brace,’ DeGeneres told Smith. The daughter of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith has been creating a stir with the catchy dance number in which she sings ‘I whip my hair back and forth’ repeatedly. ‘[It means] basically I’m me,’ she told the talk show host. ‘I’m doing what I want to do.’ Smith, who said she had been singing ‘pretty much my whole life,’ has signed to Jay-Z‘s Roc Nation label.
