Lil Kim has listened to the lyrics for Nicki Minaj‘s Roman’s Revenge and she’s not happy. The pint sized rapper is gunning for hip hop princess Nicki Minaj in her hometown of Queens. Lil Kim threatened to “erase that b*tch’s social security number” during a club performance.

Nicki Minaj denies that she dissed the former hip hop Queen during a radio interview but the lyrics to Roman’s revenge seem to be aimed at Lil Kim.  Kim has been absent from the hip hop game since she was dropped by Atlantic records but there were recent reports that Kim is signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation.

Lil Kim Disses Nicki Minaj at the club.

Do you think it could be considered a parole violation for Lil Kim to be threatening someone with bodily harm? Kim was convicted of lying to a federal jury after she witnessed a gun battle. Lil Kim served a year in prison.

OSCAR GRANT EX-BART COP JOHANNES MEHSERLE SENTENCED 2 YEARS OAKLAND RESIDENTS PROTEST VERDICT

Police arrested protesters in Oakland after former Bart police officer Johannes Mehserle was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and sentenced to serve only 2 years for the killing of  Oscar Grant. The unarmed man was shot in the back at point blank range in front of passersby on a subway platform.  The officer was convicted of a lesser crime due to his defense that he had “weapon confusion” and only meant to taser the victim with his stun gun.

Former cop Johannes Mehserle was sentenced Friday to two years in jail for the death of Oscar Grant – much less than he would have incurred had the judge applied California's "gun enhancement" law that normally mandates heavy sentences when firearms are used in a crime.

The jury found, however, that there was sufficient evidence to suggest that Mr. Mehserle, a former BART police officer, believed the weapon he was using to subdue Grant was a taser, not a gun.

Mehserle had been called to the Fruitvale station of the BART system in the early hours of New Years Day last year with four other officers to look into reports of a fight on a train. Mehserle tried to arrest Grant but reported that Grant was not cooperating. Grant was on his stomach when Mehserle shot him in the back. The shooting was caught on video by another BART passenger and quickly went viral on Youtube. [CSMonitor]

Many people were outraged by the verdict including Oscar Grant’s uncle who mentioned during his press conference speech that Michael Vick was sentenced to 4 years jail time for killing a dog.  Mehserle is expected to serve about 7 months in prison.

Police arrested 152 protesters who streamed through the streets Friday – some breaking windows and knocking down fences – after a white ex-transit officer received the minimum two-year prison sentence for fatally shooting an unarmed black man on a California train platform.

The case against defendant Johannes Mehserle has provoked racial unrest at every turn, and police in Oakland, the scene of the killing, were on alert for more problems following a sentence many thought was too light.

“This is outrageous – This sentence of two years is outrageous,” one protester told CBS Station KPIX. “For murder, for killing somebody!”

A rally billed as a tribute to Oscar Grant turned into a march through the downtown area, where people broke car windows and two windows on a bus. After police in riot gear repeatedly blocked and outflanked them, several hundred protesters splintered into smaller groups and entered residential neighborhoods. [CBS]

Residents of an Oakland neighborhood besieged by several hundred protesters following the sentencing of a former transit officer have awoken to broken car windows and debris.

Dozens of cars in the neighborhood near Lake Merritt showed signs of damage Saturday morning. Residents told KRON-4 they could not understand why protesters chose their neighborhood.

Previous protests in the trial of Johannes Mehserle for the shooting of Oscar Grant were mostly confined to the city’s downtown area.

Grant, who was unarmed, was shot by Mehserle on a train station platform on New Year’s Day 2009. Grant was black; Mehserle is white.

Police arrested 152 people Friday night after a Los Angeles judge sentenced Mehserle to the minimum two-year prison sentence.

Police say there were no new incidents of unrest overnight. [MSNBC]

    LIL WAYNE BANNED FROM DRINKING ALCOHOL FOR 3 YEARS + NICKI MINAJ TALKS ABOUT LIL WAYNE’S RELEASE

    Can you believe that Lil Wayne won’t be allowed to drink any booze for three years?!  According to the rules of his probation the recently released rapper is not allowed to have any alcohol.  How can Weezy “party like a rockstar” if he can’t get his drink on ? We’re assuming that Wayne has a class of a non-alcoholic beverage placed next to him in the above picture which was posted on DJ Scoob Doo’s Twitter.

    Nicki Minaj spoke to DJ Skee about Lil Wayne’s release from jail.  The female MC says she is excited about being reunited with Lil Wayne and can’t wait to have his vocals added to the re-mixed tracks for her upcoming album Pink Friday.

    Lil Wayne is going to have to comply with the rules otherwise he may have to return to prison for violating the terms of his probation.

    Lil Wayne is not allowed to consume one single drop of alcohol for the next three years of his life — this according to probation documents obtained by TMZ.
    The documents — which became effective today — clearly state that Wayne “may not consume or drink any substance containing alcohol” as long as he’s on probation … for the next 36 months.

    Wayne is also prohibited from knowingly associating with any person engaged in criminal activity or any person with a criminal record without prior written approval from the probation department.

    And Wayne cannot possess illegal drugs, toxic vapors or controlled substances.

    He’s also required to submit to drug and alcohol testing, per the probation dept.

    If Wayne violates any of the terms of his probation — he could be sent to prison to serve out the remainder of his term.  [TMZ]
